Praisecold Refrigeration Aircon and Supplies (Pty) Ltd is a black-owned business enterprise that was formally registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) on the 30th of May 2014. The company is 100% black-owned with all the equity ownership registered under Victor Shongwe.
